Mediation: shaping the agenda

The Kennedy Institute Workplace Mediation Research Group (KIWMRG), a national level group that conducts applied research into mediation as a process of workplace dispute resolution, recently concluded a comprehensive research project that draws on international literature to explore the competencies, skills and behaviours of effective workplace mediators, and to discuss the implications for mediation practice in Ireland.
