Lessons in good boardroom behaviour

The UCD Centre for Corporate Governance has run the very successful Diploma in Corporate Governance, since 2004. Since its establishment, good governance has moved up the corporate agenda in terms of importance, and new regulations and codes of practice have been introduced, all of which are reflected in the teaching and learning on this one-year, part-time accredited programme.
