Ireland now stands at a planning crossroads

Ireland, it seems, is dancing once again at the crossroads of history. Having apparently weathered the recession, it faces, once again, the prospect of pent-up demand and rising property prices. What route the property market takes is again up for discussion, but having hopefully learned from the mistakes of the past, we can now plan for a more sustainable future.

Or will it simply be business as usual? Probably not, given the scale ...
