Introducing enterprise early will reap rewards

Countries with a strong entrepreneurial culture are those where entrepreneurship education is introduced at an early age and potential entrepreneurs have the incentive of higher reward-to-risk ratios.

“Ireland tends to define entrepreneurship as equalling only new venture creation whereas in fact entrepreneurship should be defined as a behaviour and a mindset, which is how the Scandinavian countries interpret it,” said Thomas Cooney.
