IFS scheme helping employers ‘access diverse talent pipeline’

The first IFS graduates will emerge this year, and further expansion of the programme is on the cards

As with a growing number of sectors across the country, the financial services industry is very much on board with providing opportunities for apprentices to get their foot on the corporate ladder.
