High responsiveness makes Arise a force to be reckoned with

As outsourcing partnerships go, the relationship between Arise and Vodafone has been celebrated as “remarkable” by the judges at this year’s CCMA Awards. In commending the two companies for their unanimous win, the judges noted that responsiveness, transparency and honesty are the guiding values of the relationship, underpinned by mutual trust, demonstrated by achievements around Net Promoter which undoubtedly influenced Vodafone’s Fixed Business positioning as number 1 for NPS in the Irish market.
