A helping hand in Ireland’s legal landscape

The Law Society of Ireland has new incentives to help small solicitors’ firms and lawyers returning to work

In Ireland, 2,043 solicitor firms have five or fewer solicitors. That’s according to the Law Society of Ireland, who earlier this year unveiled a strategic plan to support and develop smaller law firms.

The plan stems from a report compiled by Crowe (formerly Crowe Horwath) for the Law Society in 2018, to look at the unique challenges and opportunities facing sole practitioners and smaller practices.
