The 15th iteration of the Health Summit featured memorable appearances from healthcare luminaries and a range of fascinating ideas being aired, writes Róisín Kiberd

Now in its 15th year, the Health Summit convened on Thursday, February 7 at Croke Park, under the title ‘Sláintecare: Another false dawn or the first steps towards a sustainable healthcare system?’ Attracting healthcare staff and leaders, health tech employees, policy makers and patient associations, among others, the event initiated a dialogue about Ireland’s future; how can our healthcare system respond and adapt to policy challenges, technological innovation and a population which is growing as well as getting older?
