Faster resolution for employment law cases

The Workplace Relations Commission set up in October 2015 has started to make an impact, writes Margaret O’Brien

According to its recent annual report, in 2016 the WRC Adjudication Service processed almost 15,000 complaints and with 75 per cent of adjudication complaints now heard within five months, it is living up to its commitment to shorten resolution timescales.
