Almost 58,000 students received the results of their Leaving Certificate exams last Wednesday, 80 per cent of whom are now awaiting first round CAO offers, due tomorrow.
Students with a clear view of the career they wish to pursue, what route to take to achieve that goal, and with the points to do so, are the fortunate ones. But many hundreds less fortunate will struggle to make good decisions over the coming weeks.
