CCMA summit stresses importance of customer experience

The Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) hosted one of its highlight events, its annual summit, on May 14, at Killashee House Hotel, Naas, Co Kildare.

For the second successive year the event, billed as the Customer Experience Leadership Summit, focused on the total customer experience, which is at the heart of winning and retaining customers.
