Businesses using official standards report 20 per cent increase in turnover

SMEs that use standards have reported an average 20 per cent increase in turnover, according to a new Behaviour and Attitudes study carried out on behalf of the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI). The report is due for publication later this year.

The research found that almost half of the SMEs surveyed have reported an increase in turnover as a result of using standards.
