Headlining in Fonsie Mealy’s Christmas sale are a rare Almanac dating from 1666 which throws light on the state of play in Jonathan Swift’s Dublin (€6,000-€9,000), and an important design archive, that of Bernard Neville, artist, designer, lecturer, late of the Royal College of Art in London, Liberty & Co, and Fonthill Abbey, with sketches and mock-up designs for clothing, fabrics, carpets, wallpaper, and furniture (€5,000-€7,000).
