Phil Siveter is relaxed, which may seem a bit surprising considering his recent career trajectory.

Having taken over as chief executive of Nokia in Ireland and Britain three months ago, he is leading the organisation through both a pandemic, and a period in which the global business is in a fight to deliver 5G infrastructure while it also works on the National Broadband Plan in Ireland.
