Time was, if anyone wanted a career in design or interiors (or both) there was no real option but to leave Ireland and go further afield. It may have just been a short hop to London but the opportunities for work and experience there would far outweigh what was possible at home.

That may no longer be the case as Ireland’s creatives and makers, and an increasingly clued-in clientele, are blowing the design world here...
