Skystone is behind the world‘s tallest modular hotel in New York City.

An Irish-led construction group behind what will be the world’s tallest modular hotel in New York City expects to start developing projects here next year.

Skystone, founded in 2014 by Jack Dooley, is currently developing a 26-storey Marriott hotel on Six Avenue, two blocks from the Empire State Building. It is expected to be finished late next year and will be the tallest of its kind.
