Cork platform helps companies hone skills profile of staff to suit their needs
SkillsVista is a workforce planning platform. It allows companies to understand what skills their existing staff have, what they need and where employee skills can usefully be developed. The business was started by Jason Culloty in 2021 and is based in Mallow, Co Cork.
“There’s a gap in the market. We’re combining learning management with HR. We deliver a system preloaded with 30,000 roles and every role has a skills profile. That is then simplified down for the client,” Culloty told Connected.
