National Stud embraces gaming tech for new attraction

A new interactive experience, the Irish Racehorse Experience, has opened at the Irish National Stud & Gardens in Co Kildare.

The attraction, which cost €3.2 million to develop, combines gaming technology with live video, audio and graphics.

It provides visitors with the chance to virtually own, train and ride their own thoroughbred racehorse, culminating in a real-time race.
