I usually get up at 6.30am. I’m always a bit shocked to find it’s that time already. I have coffee and breakfast as soon as I get up. At about 7am I do a cardio commute – I run to the university, which takes half an hour. Then I go to the gym on campus for about an hour, have a shower and get another coffee.
