These are anxious times for the tech community, but one area of business that continues to boom is Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). A recent forecast from Grand View Research estimated that the global SaaS market was worth $165.9 billion last year and would expand at a compound annual growth rate of 11 per cent from 2022 to 2028 to $344.3 billion.
