Sandra Healy is founder and chief executive of Inclusio, a diversity and inclusion employee management platform which recently raised €6.2 million and announced plans to create 80 jobs. A trained organisational psychologist, Healy spent 20 years working in the telecoms sectors for companies that include Vodafone, Telefonica, O2 and Eir. She is also founding director of the DCU centre of excellence for diversity and inclusion
