Amazon has a doorbell problem. Ring, the smart doorbell company it bought in early 2018, has been the subject of a class action lawsuit, which was filed in December. According to the plaintiffs, Ring has allegedly failed to fulfil “its core promise of providing privacy and security for its customers”.
