Sysnet buys US-based Viking Cloud for undisclosed fee
The payments regulation firm says acquisition of cloud security company will help it break into different market segment as it eyes further deals
Irish payments regulation company Sysnet is targeting further acquisitions after completing its second deal in as many weeks.
Sysnet, which provides cyber security and compliance software for businesses, has acquired Viking Cloud, a Chicago-based cloud security company, for an undisclosed fee.
