Soros firm sells €2.1m worth of shares in Cairn Homes

The billionaire’s Soros Fund Management reduces stake in construction firm to 2.87 per cent from 3.21 per cent

Soros Fund Management, an investment firm founded by George Soros, the billionaire, has sold off €2.1 million worth of shares in Cairn Homes.

Stock exchange filings released last week show that the firm reduced its stake in the company from 3.21 per cent to 2.87 per cent, equivalent to nearly 3 million shares. That stake is now worth €18.5 million at the company’s current share price of 87 cents.
