Negotiations between Kerry Group and Kerry Co-op over a potential 60-40 joint venture deal for Kerry Group’s dairy business have collapsed.

Kerry Group confirmed to the Business Post it had ended the talks with Kerry Co-op and said it would provide an update on its next move later in the year.
