Hotel group Dalata braces itself for a bleak winter ahead

Chief executive Pat McCann is confident of surviving any future coronavirus downturn, but says many other business won’t be so lucky

“If somebody came into my office and told me those kind of occupancy levels, we’d be having very cross words,” Pat McCann, the chief executive of the country’s largest hotel group Dalata, said last Tuesday evening.
