International investment funds have upped the ante and brought an increased focus on rental yields to the market for multi-unit houses in Dublin.
Agent Coleman Connor of O’Connor Shannon said he was aware of about 15 international funds and other investors who have a strong demand for the types of Dublin houses that characterised private Irish residential landlords until the apartment boom of the 21st century.
