Strong demand for ‘pre-63s’ for rental yield among international investors

Multi-unit houses that produce strong market rents are commanding the highest prices

International investment funds have upped the ante and brought an increased focus on rental yields to the market for multi-unit houses in Dublin.

Agent Coleman Connor of O’Connor Shannon said he was aware of about 15 international funds and other investors who have a strong demand for the types of Dublin houses that characterised private Irish residential landlords until the apartment boom of the 21st century.
