Restored thatched pub on river bank is a buoyant business

Situated on the banks of the Suir at the historic Grannagh Castle in Co Kilkenny, but just across the river from Waterford, the Thatch Cottage Café Bar is a handsomely restored traditional Irish thatched pub, steeped in history and tradition.
