Latest batch of residential properties from BidX1 comes to market

BidX1 is offering five portfolios of residential properties in Dublin and around the country for sale at its next commercial auction on 10 December. Its reserves are priced well below €1 million, so some if not all of the portfolios should qualify for the lowest 1 per cent stamp duty rate.
