Developer Eric Kinsella’s plans to build a tower near Tara Street Dart station in Dublin 2 have hit a snag after city planners criticised the proposal.
Kinsella’s firm Esprit Investments Limited has applied for planning permission to build an 11-storey tower – with 13,768 sq m of office space and 49 apartments – over the rail line between Tara and Pearse Street Dart stations.
Dublin City Council has asked the developer for further information...
