Industry optimistic on outlook for commercial property market
Industrial, logistics and hotel sectors are highlighted as offering opportunities for homegrown and international investors
Further optimism by agents on the prospects for a strong performance by the commercial property market was reflected in market commentary from four agents last week.
Not alone are they confident that the volume of activity will be strong this year, but two of them are also forecasting price growth.
Aoife Brennan, Lisney’s research director, said she expects “prices will improve across all sectors in 2022 with the possibility of yields hardening on some properties”.
