Boole House in Beech Hill Office Park on Beech Hill Road in Dublin 4 is to be brought to the market for sale through joint agents Knight Frank and JLL Ireland.
The 3,900 square metre headquarter building was previously home to global telecommunications company Ericsson and is offered to the market with the benefit of vacant possession. Boole House is likely to appeal to both investors looking for “value add” opportunities and owner occupiers alike.
