D4's Leeson Lounge changes hands for more than €1.8m

The Leeson Lounge in Dublin 4: exceeded its guide price

CBRE’s hotels division has confirmed the sale of the Leeson Lounge at 147/148 Leeson Street Upper in Dublin 4 for well above its €1.8 million guide price.

The property was sold on behalf of the Morrissey family, who have traded successfully from the property since 1978.
