Conrad hotel fetches sale price of €116m

Buyer believed to be Archer Hotel Capital

Conrad owner Park Hotels & Resorts has sold the Dublin hotel

Conrad owner Park Hotels & Resorts has sold the Dublin hotel for €116.4 million. The 192-room city-centre hotel off St Stephen’s Green had annual earnings before tax of around €5 million, according to the announcement confirming its sale. Thomas Baltimore, chief executive of Park Hotels, described the deal price as “very attractive”.
