Patrick Ryan will oversee hotels and leisure, while James Farrelly will steer the landlord and tenant unit
Colliers International Ireland has appointed Patrick Ryan as head of hotels and leisure and James Farrelly as head of landlord and tenant in its valuation and advisory department.
Ryan has spent more than three decades in the hospitality industry. His formative career years with Inter-Continental Hotels Corporation saw him work in New York, Paris and finally London.
