Astute planning by developer DHP at Citywest has resulted in a cohesive campus of offices, housing, parklands and amenities
This year has seen more than 37,800 square metres of properties worth about €110 million change hands at Citywest Business Campus in south west Dublin as two major players in the property development and investment sector purchased offices from the campus’s developer Davy Hickey Properties (DHP).
