CBRE quoting €55 per sq ft for prominent office development

One Le Pole Square is due for completion in 2021

CBRE has been appointed the sole agent for the leasing of One Le Pole Square on Ship Street in Dublin City Centre. Developed by Luxor Developments, the new six-storey offices will extend to 10,251 square metres with space to park 170 bikes and 48 cars. Construction has begun on site and completion is scheduled for the end of 2021.
