€2.9m Galway multi-let retail building is star of BidX1 auction

Commercial and residential units in Dublin, Limerick and Castlebar also go under the hammer in two major sales

A mixed use property at 27-29 and 31-33 Carysfort Avenue in Blackrock in Co Dublin, which failed to sell at auction last month, has had its guide price reduced from €2.1 million to €1.7 million

As many as five lots in the €1 million-plus price bracket are among the 70 lots in BidX1’s Irish commercial property auction on Wednesday, February 26. Prior to that, it will host a residential auction on Wednesday, February 19.

The most valuable lot is a Galway city centre multi-let retail investment at 1-8 Eglinton Court, Eglinton Street, close to Eyre Square.
