A taste of the Wild Atlantic Way comes to Kilkenny for one night only on March 29th.

Chef John Kelly of the Lady Helen restaurant at Mount Juliet Estate will welcome chef Aidan McGrath from Clare’s Wild Honey Inn, as the Michelin star awarded chefs and friends present an experience inspired by local ingredients and landscapes.

Guests will be welcomed to the Manor House at Mount Juliet Estate to enjoy a drinks reception where they can taste the stunning Moongate Gin, a collaboration between chef John Kelly and the famous Kilkenny Highbank Orchards Distillery.

Guests will then be escorted to the Lady Helen restaurant, where the warm and relaxed atmosphere synonymous with the Wild Honey Inn will be evident on the evening. Each chef will introduce themselves and their menu, with wine pairings and menu flavours discussed.

Later, dessert will be accompanied by a specially selected Nespresso coffee for a satisfying finish to this fine dining experience. Finally, guests will be invited to repair to the newly refurbished 1759 bar where they will be treated to a digestif.

This exclusive dining event takes place on Tuesday March 29th at 6pm and places are priced at €95 per person and wine pairing is priced at €52 per person.
