A love of aeroplances and an apprenticeship with Atlantic Aviation Group has led David Evans to an interesting and varied career in the industry
His first word was “plane” and he recalls watching the runway from the sitting room of his family home growing up in Shannon. It is, therefore, little surprise that David Evans has ended up working at Atlantic Aviation Group.
A systems analyst employed in the organisation’s IT department, Evans started his aircraft maintenance engineering apprenticeship with the company, then known as SRS Aviation, in 1990.
