Storm Technology: Connecting the customer to the business is crucial

Irish businesses express commitment to customer-focused strategies, but struggle to connect customer engagements across the enterprise

Some 84 per cent of Irish organisations are still unable to provide a connected, cross-functional view of customer interactions with their business, despite the fact that 95 per cent of senior executives believe it is crucially important to the success and sustainability of their business.

The stark findings are revealed in an enterprise research report into the status of connected customer engagement in Irish organisations, commissioned by Storm Technology and conducted by Amárach Research.
