Can you describe your daily work routine?

Working with customers to facilitate the adoption of technology to enhance business outcomes. Focusing an analytics, data and predictive technologies.

What is your professional background?

Started in IT as a developer working on small-scale projects with the NHS and then moved into the private sector. After a few years, moved into IT consultancy with Sema Group, working with all sizes of organisation to provide technical expertise on delivery of projects. Joined Oracle in 1997 within the technology consulting practice, started to focus on business intelligence and data warehouse technologies in the early 2000. Working on data warehouse implementations and experiencing the full project lifecycle from inception to delivery.

Putting AI to Work, showing how the theory of AI/ML can be realised today.

How do you think AI will shape the future of Ireland’s industry over the coming five years?

Without a doubt the technologies to support AI have matured considerably and organisations will look to leverage these more in the coming years.
