The bulk of complaints made to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) last year were resolved through meditation. Figures released by the newly formed FSPO, formerly the Financial Services Ombudsman (FSO), show that 2,370 complaints were successfully closed in 2017 through dispute resolution using mediation techniques.
