They came, they saw, and on July 7, they reported. The International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) report on Ireland was welcomed by ministers Paschal Donohoe and Michael McGrath, who noted that the body had acknowledged that the Irish economy has rebounded strongly from the pandemic, but faced mounting headwinds, some as a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
