Cork’s newly refurbished Montenotte Hotel has been described as Ireland’s most Instagram-able hotel, but it is so much more than that

Despite a sluggish start to the year in Cork, bookings at the Montenotte Hotel for June are already exceeding projections.

Following a multimillion euro redevelopment by owner Frankie Whelehan, the modern boutique hotel has several new features including Panorama Bistro, a private cinema, a spa, and conferencing facilities. All 107 bedrooms have also been refurbished.
