As we all know, solas is the Irish word for light, so it is fitting that the Further Education and Training Authority, Solas, is lighting the way when it comes to helping people to get on the right career path and secure the best possible outcomes for their future.

Established in 2013, Solas holds statutory responsibility for pre-2016 apprenticeships. It works with various partners including the Apprenticeship Council, the QQI, the HEA and other consortiums...
