Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards celebrate 21 years
This year marked the 21st anniversary of the Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards, hosted by CCMA Ireland, held at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Dublin on November 12.
The prestigious black tie event saw the highest ever number of attendees, with more than 800 industry professionals gathering to celebrate the 42 companies shortlisted for an award across 17 categories.
