iCare launches new project to test Affordable Housing Bill

Approved housing body iCare has embarked on a groundbreaking project to gauge in practice proposals put forward in the Affordable Housing and Fair Mortgage Bill 2018 aimed at keeping people in mortgage arrears in their homes.

“This is about preventing homelessness. It has never been done before in any territory or jurisdiction,” iCare founder David Hall told The Sunday Business Post.
