Leinster Rugby’s senior coach, Stuart Lancaster, shares his leadership lessons

When Stuart Lancaster took over as Head Coach of the English rugby team in late 2011, his goal was to create a long-term, high-performing team with a strong culture and identity.

“I wanted to bring a young group of players through who had the right values and behaviours in order to create a high-performance culture," said Lancaster, who stepped down in 2015 and now plays a key role in Leinster Rugby’s backroom team as senior coach....
