Catherine Vaughan, global compliance leader of EY, was named Senior Leader of the Year at the Workplace Equality Awards on September 20.

Hers was one of many recent victories for the international firm in the field of diversity and inclusiveness.

EY also scooped second place in this year’s index of best places to work for LGBT equality and won first place last year, along with other accolades worldwide including Stonewall Awards (UK) and Best Diversity Employers...
